We used Punta Cana Tours for our hotel transfer and excursions. We were greeted by a friendly staff member at the airport and had a nice ride to our hotel. We had a fabulous time on the Marinarium excursion! We had our 3 kids (ages 7, 11 & 12), it was their first time snorkeling and this was the highlight of the whole vacation! The shuttle transfers from the resort are reasonable in length, the length of the excursion was perfect and all the staff were really friendly, all making this very enjoyable! We would definitely do it again!

I booked two excursions with Punta Cana Tours and I really have no complaints. Everyone was very nice and friendly and they let you know at the beginning of the excursion what the itinerary would be. I did the Marinarium snorkeling which was everything and more than I thought it would be. There were two guides for this, one guide had myself and my friend follow him and he took her GoPro to get some great videos of the water, sea life, and us. You are taken to open water to get the hang of snorkeling and look around and then are taken to a closed in location where the sting rays and sharks are kept. They wanted everyone to be able to touch one of each. Afterwards they took you to waist deep water where many other boats were to drink and socialize. On the ride back to the port they made more drinks, danced, and encouraged dancing.

Had such a great time on this cruise! The staff was super friendly and entertaining. The snorkeling excursion was great, if you are comfortable snorkeling/swimming and want to see more of the ocean make sure you go with the Advanced group! We made the mistake of doing the beginners, and missed the exploring part, but Jordan was kind enough to take my sister and I on a quick extra swim after the Sharks portion.
The natural pool was soooo fun! Seriously wish we could have stayed longer. There were several other cruise boats docked so it was like one big party! Make sure you walk around and mingle!
Lastly, when you get back on the boat for the return party cruise’ DANCE and enjoy yourself! We are on vacation!
Can’t wait to do this again on our next trip!
